wir sind ein Start-Up im Bereich der Wasserfiltrationsanlagen. Gerne würden wir eine eigene Membranproduktion im Laufe des Jahres beginnen und sind auf der Suche nach einem Lieferanten für eine Membranziehmaschine für Röhrenmembranen. Als Mindestanforderung stellen wir uns doppelt geschweisste Röhrenmembranen vor.

Pervaporation membranes / Pilot plant to produce Biobutanol, Sia Ekosaule, Latvia
We are looking for pervaporation membranes for a pilot plant.
The aim is to to produce 99%-Biobutanol from agricultural wastes:
The product is 5-10 % biobutanol to be separated from an aqueous solution generated from plant sugars.
After steam stripping or dephlegmation, this is expected to increase to 60-80 %.
The expected feed flow at the membranes is 0.2 to 1.0 litres per minute.
We are looking for pervaporation membranes, pervaporation modules and a pilot plant to delivered to Riga, Latvia.

Can you tell us about the plant required for microfiltration of milk (description)?
What is its price? Are there different kinds of membranes? Do you sell several kinds of membranes?
What are their advantages and disadvantages? What does the membranes?
When (after how many liter) should I replace the membranes? Are there other parts to be replaced regularly?
Is it possible to test your modules? Under what conditions?
