Unipektin Ultrafiltrationsanlagen werden seit 15 Jahren mit Erfolg in der Fruchtsaftbranche eingesetzt. Mehrheitlich für die Apfelsaftklärung, immer häufiger aber auch für andere Säfte, insbesondere für Bunt- und Beerensäfte. Für die Apfelsaftklärung werden vorwiegend Polymermembranen von PCI eingesetzt. Typische Anlagen haben 100 m2 bis 400 m2 Filterfläche für die Filtration von bis über 40'000 L/h.
Unipektin Anlagen mit Keramik-Membranen werden ebenso erfolgreich für die Filtration und Hochkonzentrierung von Biomasse und von Glukosesirup eingesetzt, sowie in der Pharma-Industrie. Für Lehr- und Forschungsinstitute baut Unipektin Querstromfiltrations-Pilotanlagen nach Mass.
