Membrane Systems - MSS provides a full complement of membrane systems and ancillary equipment, as well as all replacement components.
A sampling of applications includes:
Concentration for increased throughput,
Concentration for reduced shipping volumes,
Fractionation of process streams,
Desalting or deashing of process streams,

Recovery of spent CIP solutions.
Mem-Brine®: The Mem-Brine® system is a complete process to remove at least 95% of the micro-organisms found in brine. In addition, the system will remove >98% of the fat, 95% of the true protein, and 98% of the suspended solids in the brine.
On-Farm®: On-Farm™ is a patented process whereby cold, raw milk is concentrated at large dairy farms of plant facilities for shipment to distant markets. The concentrated product is used in cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and a variety of other dairy products.
Micro-Steel®: Caustic recovery systems (CRS) made of stainless steel are designed to treat spent CIP solutions.
SeconDairy®: SeconDairy® is a patented by-products utilization system that removes suspended and soluble solids from the wastewater streams. Reverse osmosis membranes produce surface or municipal dischargeable water. Where water is expensive, the results are a valuable by-product and increased savings.
